Sizes Guide
Step 1 : Measure your foot
- Wearing only socks, stand on a sheet of cardboard against a wall.
- Be sure to keep your heel against the wall and your foot flat on the sheet.
- Draw a line at the tip of your big toe.
- Measure the distance in cm between the edge of the sheet and the line (round up to the millimeter).
Step 2 : Determine your shoe size
- Using the grid below, you can accurately determine your shoe size.
Note: If you are between two measures, it is recommended to take the next size up.
Example: A foot that measures 26.8 cm is between a shoe-size 41.5 and 42, it is therefore advisable to take a shoe size 42.
On the John Foster website, we systematically communicate French sizes.
